Infusions Ordered by Your Specialist, Given in St. Louis

If your own specialist has prescribed an IV infusion, we can give it here in St. Louis. Your doctor writes the order and keeps managing your condition. We check the order and coverage, run the infusion in a monitored chair, and send the record back to your doctor’s office.

Specialists are good at deciding what you need. Arranging where you get it is often left to you, and the nearest hospital infusion suite may be booked weeks out. This is the other door: same order, same drug, an outpatient chair.

What we need from your doctor

  • A signed order: drug, dose, rate, frequency and number of doses.
  • Diagnosis and recent office notes.
  • Any premedications, labs or screening the order requires.
  • Prior authorization, if your plan requires it.

Your doctor’s office can send these directly; the steps are on refer a patient. If you call first, we can contact the office for you.

What we do not give

We do not give chemotherapy or other cancer infusions. Those belong with an oncology infusion team. If you are unsure whether your infusion fits, call and ask; it takes one conversation.

Coverage is checked before your first infusion. Many infusions, biologics in particular, need prior authorization from your plan. An approval is not a promise of payment; your plan still decides each claim.
