Parking is on site. Enter through the building’s main front door and check in at the Front Reception Desk; we will direct you from there.

Before you call

  • The name of the doctor who referred you or ordered the infusion.
  • Your insurance card.
  • The infusion you were told you need, if you know it.

This is a scheduled outpatient infusion service, not an emergency department. Chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, a rapidly spreading infection with fever and confusion, or swelling of the lips or throat: call 911.
